Your mission

Au sein de notre filiale suédoise PIERRE FABRE PHARMA NORDEN à Stockholm, et sous la responsabilité du Directeur QRVI, nous recrutons un VIE Chargé d’Affaires Réglementaires / Assurance Qualité Local ( Local regulatory affairs officer) pour 1 an (renouvelable 1 an) à partir du 1er octobre 2026.

Le Local regulatory affairs officer contribue aux missions quotidiennes des affaires réglementaires et assurance qualité pour les médicaments du groupe Pierre Fabre dans les 5 pays nordiques.

Le/la Chargé(e) AR est un rôle local, c'est-à-dire qu'il participe avec le manager à la responsabilité d'une filiale et, le cas échéant, de pays supplémentaires relevant d'une filiale.

Missions:

Affaires Réglementaires

- Assurer le suivi des autorisations de mise sur le marché avec la législation locale en vigueur ;

- Faire le lien entre les Affaires Réglementaires Corporate et les Autorités locales ;

- Tenir informé les Affaires Réglementaires Corporate au sujet des activités liées aux AMM ;

- Agir en tant que Ethics and Compliance Referent Nordic pour Pierre Fabre Nordic ;

- Fournir régulièrement aux équipes Siège un rapport de l'activité en local.

Assurance Qualité

- En lien avec le Directeur QRVI, assurer le développement et le maintien du Quality Management System ;

- Gestion des Réclamations Qualité produits ;

- Gestion des Deviations et Change Controls.

Who you are ?

Pharmacien(ne) avec une spécialisation en Affaires Réglementaires.

Maîtrise de l’anglais

Une expérience de 1 à 2 ans dans des activités similaires serait appréciée.
