It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.

This is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. In the Shopper Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) team, you will lead and support the development of global shopper marketing initiatives, optimize shopper communication assets and help the team identify relevant retail trends while working closely with the Shopper COE drive markets to better understand and deliver according to local realities.
This role will require a curious and structured approach and implies close coordination with other departments internally as well as with market companies and shopper agencies. Main responsibilities and tasks:
• Support the end-to-end development of global shopper marketing toolkits and projects for Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlúa (AMK), ensuring content consistency and clarity across brands.
• Monitor shopper, retail, and channel trends across key markets and share relevant insights through team meetings and quarterly trend reports.
• Lead the shopper side of International Brand Planning (IBP) for AMK brands, including coordination of inputs and deadlines with the different teams, and submission and review of materials before final upload.
• Support the organization and delivery of quarterly Shopper Marketing Forums, including agenda development, content consolidation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
• Support the identification and sharing of best-in-class executions across markets
• Maintain shopper marketing folders, meeting minutes, and key action tracking, while supporting supplier management and internal shopper marketing initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal processes and platforms within the Shopper Marketing COE team

This role could be for you if you are a self-starter with strong ability to coordinate and manage several projects with the approach to work around obstacles.
You have:
• Master’s degree involving Management and Marketing, or similar.
• 1-2 years experience in relevant marketing, Trade/Retail/Shopper Marketing or Project Management. Experience in FMCG would be a real plus
• Strong level of both written and spoken English (company language)
• Hands-on, project management skills
• Strong organizational capabilities and relationship skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellence in execution - showing attention to details
• Team Spirit: natural ability to cooperate effectively with other people
• Good communication & presentation skills
