* Write and deploy sales excellence processes like Lead to sales process , IS/OS process clarification
* Build std dashboard SFDC (campaign mgt & sales performance)
* Participate in deploying new features of CRM salesforce.com
* Build Knowledge management tool to share the elements of sales excellence
* Deploy AI features for sales teams
