Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Renewables Iberica in Madrid !

TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica (TERIb) is developing and building a pipeline of 3 GW+ of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in Spain, that will remain controlled by TotalEnergies and operated long-term. The PV capacity in operation is currently of 300+ MW, will get to 700 MW in 2026 and 1500 MW in 2027. The Technical Asset Management department in TERIb is in charge of all activities related with the site operations starting at the end of construction, including monitoring of asset performances and managing maintenance as well as other services.


The Photovotaic Technical Asset Management Analyst will support the department in the following activities:


1. Asset operations and monitoring: collaborate in the processes linked to monitoring, analyzing and reporting the asset performance and the asset maintenance activities, with the objective to optimize revenues, reduce cost and ensure achievement of expected KPIs.

2. Support to the deployment, maintenance and use of asset management tools used to improve the performance of asset management activities, reduce time and cost constraints and standarize tasks and procedures.

3. Technical Asset Management: participate in technical daily and weekly activities including but not limited to plant monitorization, data management, technical KPI calculation, incidence detection, performance analysis and simulations.

4. Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Management: Assist in management of contractors on O&M activities, supplies, additional works, payments and others.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

  • Electrical or Maintenance Engineering are prefered. 2nd choice for mechanical Engineering or General Engineering with experience in project management.


Technical skills:

  • Basic knowledge of practical electrical and mechanical principles related to PV energy (PV modules, inverters, etc.)
  • Data analysis and treatment, reporting. standarization, procedure and documentation practices
  • Project management activities such as analysis of deviations, contract management, risk mitigation, etc
  • Use of SCADA systems and other Asset Management tools

Computing skills:

  • Fluent in the Office package (especially in Excel)
  • Skills related to performance tools such as Power BI, databases and some programming skills (Visual Basic, Python, etc) are positively valued

Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level B2
  • Spanish : level B2 (mandatory)
