YOU...

• coordinate various stakeholders necessary for the production activity (from suppliers to customers)
• are responsible for production scheduling and planning, ensuring components are delivered on time and meet aerospace quality requirements
• control stock levels, manage procurement of parts, and ensure supply chain continuity
• monitor and analyze production KPIs (on-time delivery, quality metrics, non-conformities, efficiency) and define improvement plans
• support quality initiatives such as audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities (Lean/6 sigma, process optimization)

Qualifications

YOU...

• fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
• have completed a mechanical, industrial, or aerospace engineering degree with a focus on production or quality techniques
• have initial experience in production planning, manufacturing engineering, or quality assurance, ideally in the aerospace industry
• have practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and are comfortable analyzing production data
• are an open and communicative person with strong organizational skills
• speak fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus
