Activities

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Congo in Pointe-Noire !
TotalEnergies operates three (3) offshore production sites (PNGF Nord, Alima, Likouf) and one onshore oil terminal (Terminal de Djeno). The position is based in Pointe-Noire, with occasional site visits.
As a Maintenance and optimization methods engineer, the main mission of this VIE assignment will be :
- Updating Business Rules (BR) within the Maintenance scope and developing flowcharts for internal processes. - Identifying initiatives that may contribute to GHG emissions reduction and acting as the Maintenance focal point (interface with the CFR Department).
- Ensuring ownership and deployment of the tools OneCBM, MasterMaint, MyCFR, OneSynergi, and SCEF, and providing on-site support.
- Deploying the Qualios system for RTAAA management and coordinating the transfer to the Operational Center:
• Migrating the RTAAA backlog from Word to Qualios
• Producing weekly RTAAA KPIs and monthly equipment availability KPIs

- Implementing the TIM tool within the subsidiary and supporting end users during maintenance rounds across all sites:
• Creating equipment tracking forms
• Drafting operating procedures
• Training users to ensure a better and effective hadling

- Providing support during the installation of the 3D printer at the SAS in coordination with headquarters:
• Selecting spare parts eligible for 3D printing and building a dedicated database (BOMs, drawings, sites, equipment, etc.).
• Defining printing procedures in coordination with headquarters.
• Selecting and sourcing printing materials (raw materials/consumables).
• Communicating and promoting the solution across operational sites.

- Analyzing equipment identified as major contributors to Loss of Production (LoP) and proposing reliability improvement solutions.
- Providing support and proactive recommendations to optimize equipment performance monitoring.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in one or more of the following fields: mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process, industrial engineering.


Technical skills:

  • Solid technical skills in mechanics, electricity or instrumentation
  • First experience or long internships in maintenance would be a plus
  • Database design and operation, data analysis, big data
  • Construction of complex and dynamic dashboards


Computing skills:

  • Very good knowledge in IT tools: word processing, databases, statistics and business intelligence

Languages:

  • English: level B2
  • French: level C1
