�� Your role and missions

In your position in the business and legal affairs team at Studiocanal TV in Munich you will support and work under the supervision of the business and legal affairs manager in the following areas:

  • Draft and negotiate standard distribution deal memos with the group’s production companies and third-party producers;
  • Oversee the legal deliveries of the new distribution mandates in coordination with our legal deliveries coordinator;
  • Update and manage the distribution mandates in the group’s in-house rights database UNITY;
  • Assist and consult the legal teams handling international sales on questions relating to the exploitation of the group’s distribution mandates;
  • Other missions: Review specific chains of title agreements, advise on marketing questions, review music contracts (synchronization contracts, master contracts etc.) and draft various legal documents like termination letters, LOI etc.;

  • You are bilingual in English and can ideally speak German.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact well with a variety of work groups.
  • You can handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • You have a Law degree or have an experience as a lawyer.
