Context & Environment

Directly integrated into the Human Resources team of TotalEnergies UAE Services in Abu Dhabi, you will contribute to HR activities covering several Company entities in the United Arab Emirates.

Activities

You will support all HR activities and your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the administrative follow-up of expatriates and seconded employees, handling expatriate requests, and contributing to the coordination of international mobility matters;
• Participating in internal mobility and recruitment activities: job posting, candidate screening, phone pre-screening, HR interviews, shortlist preparation, and onboarding;
• Contributing to projects related to compensation, job grading, salary structures, and internal promotions;
• Participating in the update of HR policies and procedures, as well as personnel administration activities;
• Supporting the deployment of training plans, monitoring employee registrations, and contributing to the search for external training providers;
• Participating in HR projects, KPI monitoring, and reporting activities;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of HR processes.

Candidate Profile

You hold at least a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, with a specialization in Human Resources.

You have a first experience in Human Resources, gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or a first professional position.

Experience in expatriate management, international mobility, internal mobility, or recruitment would be an advantage.

You are proficient in:

• Excel;
• PowerPoint;
• Word.

Knowledge of Power BI and Canva would be considered an asset.

An interest in digital tools, reporting, and HR process automation is also highly valued.

A C1 level of English is required. A minimum B2 level of French is also required.
