Join the Human Resources teams of TotalEnergies in Australia and contribute to the development of a leading international multi-energy company.
You will support the HR management of several Australian affiliates and assist employees on a wide range of HR topics.
Integrated into a small HR team, you will work across a broad scope covering payroll, personnel administration, HR reporting, recruitment and expatriate management.

As part of this role, approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to analytical and data-related activities (payroll, HR data and reporting) and 50% to HR administration, recruitment and employee support activities.
You hold a Master’s degree (minimum Bac+5) from a business school or university, with a specialization in Human Resources.
You have at least one year of professional experience in Human Resources gained within an international company.
You have had an international experience, whether academic or professional.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a genuine affinity for working with data and figures.
You are proficient in the following tools:
Knowledge of an HRIS and Power BI would be an asset.
A minimum B2+/C1 level of English is required. A minimum B2 level of French is also required.
