The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Conceptuation & Ideation - Drive the evolution of our project management framework. You will be responsible for developing new standards and optimizing existing methodologies to ensure peak team performance.
Communication & Transparency - Act as a brand ambassador for the team’s successes. Following the principle of "Do good things and talk about it," you will create visibility for ongoing activities and ensure new standards are clearly communicated across the organization.
Operational Support - Provide hands-on support to teams during the transition to new practices. You will act as a facilitator, ensuring that change management strategies are practical, understood, and adopted on the ground.
Strategic Integration - Proactively identify opportunities to modernize and improve our operating model. You will contribute to the long-term vision of the department by spotting efficiency gains and innovative ways of working.
Global Collaboration - This role has a global reach. You will be expected to support international initiatives, which may include occasional worldwide business travel to engage with stakeholders directly.
This role might involve some travel for business worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Project Management - You have a proven track record of actively contributing to projects, with a solid understanding of how to manage milestones and deliverables.
Change Management - You understand how changes can impact individual activities and how to best accompany them.
IT Proficiency & Digital Tools - You have solid experience in the following applications
Google Workspace
Skywise (Palantir) - would be a plus
Programming basic - would be a plus
AI technologies - Experience how to use AI technology in the best way for you.
Work experience - You have gained initial experience through an internship or prior role within a large-scale international corporation, making you comfortable with complex, multicultural environments.
Agile Mindset -You are highly adaptable and thrive in evolving environments, demonstrating the flexibility to pivot strategies as project needs change.
Self-Motivation & Autonomy - You are a true "self-starter" who takes ownership of tasks from day one and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
