TotalEnergies EP Norway has a large and important portfolio of oil & gas assets offshore Norway, which is operated by other companies, from the Snøhvit LNG field in the North, to the Greater Ekofisk Area in the south, providing a production Company Share of around 240.000 boe/d, with investments and operating costs Company Share of around USD 1.5 Billion per year. The portfolio is split into 5 Asset Areas, under the supervision of 6 Asset Managers gathered into one Asset Department, assisted by a separate Technical Services department, a Commercial department, a Finance department, HR, the Company's OneTech organisation, etc. This organisation has been in place for 4 years, and there is now a temporary need to coordinate some of the common tasks in the Asset and Technical Services Departments, primarily relating to information management and provision of business intelligence services, including BI dashboards, AI Agents, etc, to aid business decisions, work more efficiently and influencing in the various licenses / assets.
The main responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Coordinator will include:
Expected qualifications:
Master's in Business, Engineering, Economics, IT or similar
Experience / Technical Skills :
Knowledgeable in Data Management, AI, Business Intelligence visualization and Strategy and interested in getting to know the oil and gas business
Computing Skills
Excel, PowerBI, AI, possibly Essbase or similar, PowerPoint and possibly other BI applications
Languages :
English: level C1
French: level B2
Norvegian : not necessary, although an advantage if some knowledge/wanting to learn
Start date : Janvier 2027
