What is a VIE?

It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.

To apply for this V.I.E assignment you need to fulfil the following criteria:

  • International Graduates (European citizens) between 18 - 28 yo with an average of 12 months of professional experience
  • Higher education level (master’s degree)
  • Fluent in English
  • International profile (work experience or studies abroad)
  • Eager to continue your career abroad

This is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. The position is not open to applicants already based in Stockholm, Sweden.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Starting in December 2026, this V.I.E position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months.

The Global Consumer Insights role in the Crystal Brand Unit exists to support and work with the Absolut Global Insights Manager working as a strategic business partner to the Absolut Brand Team, leveraging consumer understanding to guide and challenge strategy, planning & activation development.

In addition, the role will help drive Consumer Centricity, a key ingredient in The Pernod Ricard brand building model, across the business by putting consumers and shoppers at the heart of all decision making. As such, this role is an ambassador for the consumer and shopper voice, both in and externally.

Ultimately, they will develop and share actionable insights & enhance consumer knowledge, leading, and partnering with Marketing / Brand teams to unlock new approaches / frameworks for insights adoption.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the development of Absolut’s long-term ambition and strategy based on robust consumer, shopper and category insights
  • Help identify innovation opportunities based on consumer insights
  • Support the Brand Team in testing and validating the global portfolio strategy, leading communications campaigns, winning brand concepts, packaging, design, format innovation, wetgoods, and optimal portfolio ranges with consumers
  • Actively engage in industry research and trends, anticipating future consumers or market needs and share those insights and learnings throughout the team
  • Help manage our Absolut Consumer Councils to gain valuable qualitative insights on our initiatives on an ongoing basis

This role could be for you if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns or irregularities in large quantities of data
  • Have experience with social media, including usage and analysis, social listening tools, and website analytics
  • Possess design skills to create easy-to-read reports and real-time dashboards, and effectively showcase insights and data to support the brand team’s understanding
  • Be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Have experience in project management
