Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetics & Personal Care's Australian subsidiary (Sydney) is recruiting a Junior Systems & Data Analyst for a 1-year VIE contract, renewable for 1 year, starting August 1, 2026 ideally.
The Junior Systems & Data Analyst plays an important role in providing day‑to‑day support for systems, reporting, and fostering collaboration across teams.
This role involves working with local and corporate.Stakeholders can include operational and management.
The Junior Systems & Data Analyst reports to the Financial Director and works under the functional guidance of the Senior Business Analyst & IT Referent.
KEY OBJECTIVES
Support Commercial through effective use of systems and data insights. Support the maintenance, development, and implementation of corporate and local business tools. Facilitate effective communication between business units and system stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Education - Bachelor’s or master's level (BAC+5 preferred) in Business, Data, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Experience: cosmetics or FMCG appreciated. Business oriented & commercial awareness
Fluency in English: Proficient in both oral and written communication.
Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong communication skills to support user support activities, requirements clarification, and effective collaboration with stakeholders across different teams and functions.
Data Analysis & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to understand, manage, validate, and present data, including identifying data quality issues, inconsistencies, and areas requiring attention.
Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to analyse information, identify issues, and support the resolution of business and system‑related problems in collaboration with others.
Requirements Support & Documentation: Ability to support requirement clarification activities by documenting business needs, dependencies, and constraints.
Documentation & Writing Skills: Ability to produce clear, structured documentation, including process descriptions, user guides, SOPs, training materials, and basic requirements documentation.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Ability to support user training through workshops, demonstrations, and the development of step‑by‑step guides and cheat sheets.
Commitment to Quality: Strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and quality across data, reporting, systems, and processes.
Time Management & Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Learning Agility: Ability to quickly understand new systems, processes, and business contexts, and apply learnings effectively.
CRM Exposure Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Veeva or equivalent CRM solutions) is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Competent in using Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) to support daily work activities.
