Your mission

The Australian (Sydney) Pierre Fabre subsidiary is hiring a VIE for a Financial Planning & Analysis and commercial Analyst position.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious and dynamic team with international career development opportunities

The VIE-position is available from the 1 st October 2026, 1 year, renewable 1 year

Pierre Fabre is a rapidly growing in Australia and your mission will be to support its expansion across Dermo-Cosmetics (Avene and Klorane brands).

As a key member of the Finance and Operations team, you will combine strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to develop robust analytical tools that support business decision-making, enhance and enforce efficient financial processes, and strengthen controls. You will use your interpersonal skills to collaborate closely with different stakeholders including Finance & Operations, Commercial and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (40%)
- Prepare Topline reportings & analysis: Monthly Revenue Report, Gross to Net
Analysis
- Perform P&L and profitability analysis by Customer and by Range
- Support the Financial Planning Process: Rolling Forecast, Budget and ad-hoc
models and analysis

Commercial Analysis (40%)
- Partner with commercial teams on pricing, cost of goods, discounts, promotions,
customers hierarchy
- Track Commercial Conditions and incentives
- Provide financial analysis and budgeting support during NPD (New Products
Development) and renovation projects.
- Support the Commercial Director and Marketing on Business decisions through
actionable insights.

Financial Controlling & Reporting (20%)
Actively take part to the month-end closing process: Provisions, Accruals, Costs
Allocation, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and Reporting

Ad-hoc Projects & Analysis
Participate in ad-hoc projects and cross-functional analyses as required to support business priorities.

Who you are ?

You have a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and/or Management Control, supplemented by at least 1 years of experience in this field (internship, work-study program, etc.).

Dimensions

  • Responsible for production of key reports for the Australian subsidiary (perimeter $70MAUD sales)
  • Work with large databases
  • Provide business and commercial analysis
  • Proficient / ability to learn quickly using systems such as Dynamics and BI
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must
  • Strong accounting knowledge and acumen
  • High level of autonomy is required as well as ability to proactively solve problems with creative, practical solutions.
  • Impeccable ethics, accountability, flexibility and result-oriented mindset are demanded.
  • Adherence and commitment to group’s values is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to cross-collaborate, and facilitate decision-making.
