Job Description

As an Asset Management Analyst, your role will be to support the Asset Management Team investigating all the opportunities of value creation in the portfolio in line with the defined long-term strategy (business plan). You will also oversee strategic transversal projects improving the quality of the portfolio (EV chargers, solar panels, parking…) as well as optimizing and developing the “mall-income” strategy (specialty leasing and retail media).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your perimeter of responsibilities will include:

Portfolio Strategy

  • Support the execution of key projects according to the pre-defined 5-year business plan.
  • Source new opportunities to create value (mall-income stream optimization: specialty leasing, digital screens, new services…).
  • Monitor and analyze performance KPIs, evolution of the catchment area and the competition.

Budget and Business Plan elaboration

  • Support the preparation of the 5-year business plan.
  • Prepare the reports / dashboards to follow up the approved operations under execution.

Acquisition and Appraisal process

  • Collect relevant data to the appraisers.
  • Analyze the appraisal reports and challenge the assumptions taken to ensure alignment between the appraisal and internally assessed valuations.
  • Support the Investment Department in the process of assessing acquisition opportunities and/or divesting non-strategic assets.

Commitments towards co-owners and shareholders

  • Prepare the relevant information for the validation boards (Budget, ERVs, CAPEX).
  • Prepare operational updates for the quarterly board meeting or ad hoc requests.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

You preferably have a master’s degree in finance or engineering. You have a good financial background and good analytical skills.

You are recognized for your skills and experience in leading different projects simultaneously and your positive hands-on attitude towards work.

You are curious, proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills.

In particular:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive and resourceful: ability to solve problems, anticipate needs and address issues before they arise.
  • Ability to manage international interactions and to build strong relationships with internal or external stakeholders.

Working Conditions

  • Typical Hours: Full-time
  • Start date: 1st of September.
  • Location: Based in Field’s Shopping Center in Copenhagen.

  • Have a clean criminal record.

  • Be able to devote yourself full time to your assignment : no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activity at the same time as your V.I.E.
