TotalEnergies provides its employees with automation, AI, and reporting tools from the Microsoft suite (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Copilot, Agents, Power BI) to accelerate its digital transformation.
The IT team of the Refining & Chemicals division (DSI/RC) promotes the use of these technologies through awareness sessions and the implementation of concrete use cases.

Missions

1. Identification and Implementation of Use Cases

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of business needs.
• Perform data modeling and design business logic.
• Design user-friendly and ergonomic interfaces (UX).
• Develop applications and automations using Microsoft tools.
• Manage updates, adjustments, and fixes based on user feedback.

2. Deployment and Documentation

• Deploy the developed tools across relevant teams.
• Draft clear and comprehensive documentation, in line with the standards of the Company’s IT industrialization teams.

3. Training and Change Management

• Prepare educational materials tailored to various user profiles (beginner, advanced, expert).
• Organize and deliver training sessions and reverse‑mentoring activities.
• Carry out targeted communication actions to promote adoption of the solutions.

Candidate Profile

Education :

Graduate from an engineering school or university (Master’s level), with a specialization in digital transformation, information systems, artificial intelligence, and/or management.

Desired Profile :

Strong analytical skills, solid technical development capabilities, and a deep curiosity for understanding business needs as well as technological advancements.

Key Skills :

• Data flow and business logic modelling
• Design / ergonomics / UX
• Microsoft Office tools (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI, Copilot, Agents)
• Development: HTML, JSON, Python
• Interpersonal skills: curiosity, autonomy, organization, and rigor
• Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
