YOU…

• design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment to optimize production, reduce costs, and enhance quality
• run process simulations to validate different production rates and scenarios before implementation
• create Business Process Models and flowcharts to map workflows and identify areas for improvement
• apply Value Stream Mapping to analyze production steps, buffer stocks, and detect bottlenecks
• contribute to the introduction of digital tools in manufacturing, including software solutions that support production processes
• collect, clean, and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization

Qualifications

YOU…

• hold a degree in mechanical, aeronautical, industrial, or production engineering, or a comparable field of study
• bring knowledge of manufacturing or process engineering, ideally within the aeronautics sector
• have experience with tools such as Skywise, AnyLogic, SAP, ARIS, CATIA, SolidWorks, or comparable systems
• are eager to work in a dynamic project environment, bridging engineering expertise with practical implementation
• speak fluent English and have a good command of German
