This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Videomaker / Editor de Vídeo in Brazil.

You will join a fast-paced, creative environment focused on producing high-impact digital video content for social media, paid advertising, and multi-platform campaigns.
The role is centered on transforming strategic marketing ideas into engaging visual stories that drive attention, retention, and conversion.
You will collaborate closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure creative alignment across the funnel.
A strong emphasis is placed on experimentation, creative autonomy, and continuous improvement of video performance.
You will work with modern editing tools and AI-powered solutions to accelerate production and explore new creative possibilities.
This is a highly dynamic role where storytelling, technical execution, and marketing awareness come together to shape impactful digital experiences.

Accountabilities:

  • Create engaging video content based on conceptual briefs, translating marketing objectives into persuasive visual narratives for multiple channels.
  • Edit and finalize videos with strong attention to pacing, cuts, sound, subtitles, typography, and visual style to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Adapt content across platforms such as Reels, Stories, YouTube, TikTok, and paid advertising formats, ensuring best practices for each channel.
  • Use industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects for editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
  • Integrate AI tools into the production workflow to accelerate output and test creative variations, including Runway, Midjourney, Kling AI, and Higgsfield AI.
  • Propose innovative ideas, visual references, and creative solutions for campaigns and performance-driven content.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure creative consistency and alignment with marketing objectives and funnel strategy.
  • Manage deadlines autonomously, ensuring organized workflows and timely delivery of high-quality video assets.
  • Participate actively in review and feedback cycles, refining outputs in a collaborative and solution-oriented manner.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in video production and editing, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and storytelling ability.
    • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
    • Solid knowledge of motion graphics and animation using After Effects (a strong plus).
    • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation.
    • Ability to build compelling visual narratives even from non-scripted or conceptual briefs.
    • Strong autonomy in managing workflows, sourcing references, and proposing creative solutions.
    • Understanding of platform-specific content formats and consumption behaviors across digital channels.
    • Proactive mindset, up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and audiovisual innovation.
    • Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and openness to constructive feedback.
    • Experience with performance-driven creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads (preferred).
    • Knowledge of metrics such as retention rate, CTR, and ad performance optimization (a plus).
    • Experience with advanced post-production techniques (color grading, audio treatment, platform-specific exports) is a strong advantage.
