About the Role
We are looking for a talented and versatile Videographer & Video Editor with expertise in shooting, video editing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and the ability to produce high-quality video content for various digital and brand platforms.
This role requires a hands-on creative professional who can manage the complete video production process, from concept development and shooting to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideography
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for commercials, social media, corporate videos, campaigns, and other digital platforms
- Operate professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture visually appealing footage
- Direct on-set production, including shot setup, lighting arrangement, framing, and audio recording
- Assist in developing video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform requirements
Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-ready videos
- Add motion graphics, transitions, effects, subtitles, and other visual enhancements
- Ensure seamless audio-video synchronization, color correction, and overall post-production quality
- Create short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, internal communication, and brand storytelling
- Adapt video content into different formats suitable for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
Motion Graphics
- Create dynamic motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
- Design and integrate lower thirds, title sequences, text animations, and graphic elements into videos
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually compelling storytelling elements
- Enhance video content with animated brand assets, product highlights, and campaign visuals
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and creative leads to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign execution
- Maintain organized project files, footage libraries, and final video assets
- Take ownership of the video production workflow from planning to final delivery
Technical Expertise
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, formats, and technologies in videography, editing, and motion graphics
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, lighting, audio, editing software, and production workflows
- Recommend creative and technical improvements to enhance video quality and production efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media Sciences, Film Production, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, and motion graphics
- Proven portfolio/showreel showcasing expertise in video production, editing, and motion graphics
- Prior experience in a marketing agency, FMCG brand, production house, or creative department will be preferred
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong expertise in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects
- Good understanding of camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques
- Strong visual composition, framing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to shoot and edit content for digital-first platforms and social media formats
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring concepts to life through video
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
