Are you an authentic nature-based videographer and content creator wanting to shape the story of Australia's leading well destinations?

Peninsula Hot Springs is seeking a socially native and visually driven videographer, content creator and storyteller to help shape how our destination is experienced online.

This is not a traditional content role focused purely on polished brand advertising. We’re looking for someone who understands how to capture quality videos, edit and produce engaging visual storytelling in a way that feels authentic, engaging, and connected to modern digital audiences.

From bathing experiences and wellness rituals to arts, nature, guest moments, campaigns and cultural experiences, this role will help bring the evolving Peninsula Hot Springs brand to life across digital and social platforms.

About the role

• You’ll capture, edit, and produce engaging content across both organic and paid digital channels in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• You’ll help shape the future visual identity of Peninsula Hot Springs online through content that feels culturally relevant, socially native and deeply connected to the guest experience.
• This is a hands-on creative role with a strong focus on short-form storytelling, videography, photography and content creation across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

What you’ll be doing

• Capturing engaging video and photography content across Peninsula Hot Springs experiences, products, campaigns and events.
• Creating reels, stories, short-form video, campaign content and paid creative assets
• Producing content optimised for both organic and paid digital environments
• Editing content for multiple platforms, formats and placements
• Responding to emerging content opportunities, seasonal moments and digital trends
• Collaborate with the broader marketing to contribute creative ideas and concepts aligned to campaign and brand objectives
• Reviewing content performance and platform insights to support continual optimisation and creative improvement

What we’re looking for

You are someone who:

• Has a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition and atmosphere
• Understands how audiences consume content across social and digital platforms today
• Can confidently shoot and edit engaging short-form video and photography content
• Understands pacing, hooks, captions, audio, trends and platform-native storytelling
• Is creatively curious, proactive and highly collaborative
• Can work with agility and adapt quickly to content opportunities and campaign priorities
• Understands the balance between brand-building content and commercially effective creative

Experience creating content within tourism, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or destination brands will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we care more about your creative instincts, portfolio, and storytelling ability than traditional experience alone.

Tools & Platforms

Experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar editing platforms will be highly regarded.
