About the job

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer and Video Editor to join our team at Tentang Anak. This role will be responsible for producing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content to boost brand awareness, product awareness, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating cameras and all necessary technical equipment for capturing stunning video footage.

1. Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms (social media, website, ads) to enhance brand and product awareness and drive sales.
2. Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and other video production equipment.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video content strategies aligned with branding and sales goals.
4. Ensure all video content is of high quality, engaging, and tailored for the target audience.
5. Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video content, including color correction, sound mixing, and adding visual effects.
6. Stay updated on video production trends and ensure content remains current and competitive.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with strong portfolio.
2. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
3. Expertise in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
4. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, framing, and pacing.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
7. Experience in producing videos that target brand growth and sales conversions is a plus.
