Are you a creative storyteller who loves being behind the camera just as much as being behind the edit?

This is a hands-on role where no two days will look the same. One day you could be filming a team on site, the next capturing a project transformation, interviewing our people or turning great footage into scroll-stopping social content.

What you’ll be doing

• Create content that gets noticed — capture engaging video, photography, interviews, behind-the-scenes moments and project stories across our sites and operations.
• Turn footage into stories — edit short-form content for social media and web, including captions, music, transitions, graphics and brand elements.
• Make our brand look great — create social tiles, flyers, brochures, banners and other marketing collateral using Canva.
• Tell authentic stories — showcase our people, culture, clients, projects, environmental impact and the work we do every day.
• Get out and about — work alongside our operational teams, clients and communities across office and site environments.
• Think social-first — understand what makes great content work across platforms and use performance insights to continually improve.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need years of corporate experience — we’re looking for creativity, curiosity and potential.

You’ll ideally have:

• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your video, photography or design skills.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video, whether through work, study, freelance, volunteer or personal projects.
• Experience with Canva and a video editing platform such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
• A good eye for composition, lighting, sound, storytelling and visual detail.
• Confidence engaging with people and helping them feel comfortable on camera.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to operational sites.
• A willingness to get outside the office and get amongst the action!

A relevant qualification in film, media, photography, communications, marketing or design is desirable, but your portfolio and creative capability matter most.
