Job Description

Videographer 视频剪辑师HangzhouExperiencedOutsourcedResponsibilities1. Independently manage the end-to-end post-production process, including editing, compositing, transitions, color grading, pacing, and integration of sound effects/subtitles, ensuring final deliverables align with project objectives.
2. Source and manage multimedia assets (video, image, audio) efficiently based on creative briefs, performing necessary optimizations such as keying and retouching.
3. Utilize strong graphic design skills to independently create engaging video thumbnails, promotional posters, and related visual materials.
1、独立负责视频内容的后期全流程制作，包括剪辑、合成、转场、调色、节奏把控及音效字幕整合，确保成片质量与传播目标一致；
2、根据创意需求，高效搜集与管理视频、图片、音频等多媒体素材，并进行必要的抠像、修饰等优化处理；
3、具备良好的视觉设计能力，能够独立完成视频封面、宣传海报及相关平面物料的创意设计与制作。Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Film & Television, Design, Animation, or related fields;
2. Proficient in editing software such as PR, AE, CapCut, etc., and skilled in design tools like PS and AI;
3. Possess a strong sense of visual aesthetics and pacing, capable of independently handling the full post-production workflow;
4. Familiarity with 3D modeling ( Blender/Maya) or motion graphics is preferred;
5. At least 2 years of relevant experience with a solid portfolio.
1、本科及以上学历，影视、设计、动画等相关专业优先；
2、熟练使用 PR、AE、剪映等剪辑软件，掌握 PS、AI 等设计工具；
3、具备良好的视觉审美和节奏感，能独立完成后期全流程工作；
4、了解 3D 建模（如 Blender/Maya）或动态图形者优先；
