The successful candidate must be a self-starter that is passionate about all things design and branding, and prepared to work in an entrepreneurial environment. Video or motion graphics experience is required. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people and make a tangible contribution to one of the industry’s fastest growing, innovative contact centers. This position will work very closely with all cross-functional teams to deliver innovative creative solutions.
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Video & Motion Designer will support the creation of internal and external brand and marketing creatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, conversion, retention & leads. This individual should possess digital, video/animation design skills and demonstrate innovative thinking in maintaining brand consistency while pushing the boundaries to set us apart in the industry.
As a Video & Motion Designer, You Will…
• Refine and elevate the brand image, concepts and design through multiple mediums across the organization with a focus on video and animation.
• Work closely with the creative team on a variety of projects and outputs including print, digital, presentations, infographics, animation and video & audio.
• Collaborate with the creative team on all aspects of on-set video production—from operating cameras and audio equipment to managing lighting setups—skillfully using industry-standard gear to ensure technical excellence in all recordings.
• Provide quality assurance on all of your creative deliverables and ensure on time delivery of the final product on time.
• Work cross-functionally with team members to deliver “best in class” creative. Collaborate and liaise with internal and external resources where required.
• Build and maintain a positive rapport with internal teams and partner agencies.
• Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department.
• Support project tracking and documentation through the use of online project management tools.
• Support the development of brand guidelines that will be leveraged by cross-functional teams, such as marketing, growth and operations, to execute global, regional, and customized campaign initiatives.
• Creative execution of corporate marketing materials as briefed by project owners; issue multiple proofs and amend files as necessary; produce final digital files as required and distribute to production suppliers and service providers as necessary.
• Attend and support project briefings, presentations, process approvals and collaborate with internal stakeholders as required.
As a Video & Motion Designer, You Need…
• A Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training in Graphic Design, Animation, Video Design or related programs.
• At least 2 years of relevant creative and design experience in an agency or in-house team setting.
• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates creative strategic thinking - Portfolio Required.
• Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate industry standard video & audio equipment, and familiarity with lighting setups, and other video production needs.
• A positive, self-starter attitude and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional design and creative acumen with working experience in all aspects of print and digital design, and a genuine excitement to embrace AI tools as a new partner in the creative process.
• Excellent video editing and/or animation skills are required for this role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Solid working knowledge of the latest versions of Mac OS, Adobe CC: Premier Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
• Understanding or experience with any of the following: Canva for business, 11Eleven Labs, Midjourney, Wistia, Opus, Blender, Parsec, Cinema4D, Figma, Wordpress, Hubspot and working knowledge of code, or experience hosting live virtual events with tools like Zoom or Wistia, would be considered an asset.
