Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Video KYC (VKYC) to lead and oversee Commercial Cards onboarding operations while ensuring compliance with RBI Video KYC guidelines, AML/KYC regulations, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, and global banking standards. The role requires strong leadership, people management, operational excellence, risk management, customer service, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end VKYC onboarding process for Commercial Cards customers.
• Ensure compliance with RBI VKYC regulations, AML/KYC requirements, CDD standards, and internal policies.
• Manage a team of VKYC Analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Drive productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct quality reviews and support governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Review escalations related to fraud, suspicious activity, compliance breaches, and operational risks.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Controls, and Business stakeholders to ensure strong governance.
• Support Manager Control Assessments (MCA), internal audits, and regulatory examinations.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in VKYC, KYC, AML, Commercial Cards, Banking Operations, or Financial Services.
• 6+ years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of RBI VKYC guidelines, AML regulations, KYC, CDD, and risk management practices.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, investigation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing operational performance and service delivery metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree, MBA, or professional certifications in AML/KYC/Compliance are preferred.
