Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated
Video Editor – Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about video editing, storytelling, and digital content creation. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working on real-time marketing and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, and internal use

• 
  Assist in creating short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form videos

• 
  Add transitions, effects, music, captions, and basic motion graphics

• 
  Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand content requirements

• 
  Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards

• 
  Manage raw footage and maintain an organized media library

• 
  Stay updated with video editing trends and social media formats

Requirements

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, Design, Marketing, or a related field (or final-year student)

• 
  Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as
  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

• 
  Understanding of video formats, resolutions, and social media platforms

• 
  Creative mindset with attention to detail

• 
  Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• 
  Basic motion graphics or animation skills

• 
  Experience editing content for social media platforms

• 
  Knowledge of color correction and sound editing
