Our team comprises over 350 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 2 offices, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / AI Video Creator to join our content team. You will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality videos using both traditional editing techniques and modern AI tools.

What You Will Do:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms;

• Use AI tools to generate video visuals, scenes, and enhancements;

• Transform scripts and ideas into compelling visual stories;

• Create content optimized for high engagement and virality;

• Work closely with the creative team to develop new content concepts;

• Manage full video production workflow (from concept to final export).

What We Expect:

• Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar);

• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, etc.);

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual structure;

• Understanding of social media content trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts);

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment;

• Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail;

• Nice to have: motion graphics / animation skills, experience creating viral or high-retention content & basic scriptwriting or content ideation skills.
