Job Description
NeoWork is hiring Video Editors to join creative teams producing content for U.S. brands. You will edit short-form and long-form video for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns, turning raw footage into content that performs.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Enhance footage with color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and motion graphics
- Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads)
- Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs while bringing your own ideas
- Manage project files and asset libraries for an efficient workflow
- Deliver high-quality edits on tight, recurring deadlines
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style
- A portfolio showcasing recent editing work
- Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Based in Brazil, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
- Experience editing performance ads or UGC-style content
- Motion design or animation skills
