We're now looking to elevate our content even further with the right creative mind. We're hiring a Senior Video Editor who not only edits but understands marketing — someone who can shape a narrative, match energy through sound and pacing, and bring bold, modern ideas to the table. This role also requires graphic design and marketing skills: YouTube thumbnails, social media assets, paid ads, and digital branding.
Edit high-quality, engaging videos for YouTube, social media, ads, and internal content
Create visually striking intros, transitions, and animations
Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop a consistent visual style
Repurpose long-form content into short-form, high-impact videos (e.g. reels, TikToks)
Design clean, on-brand graphic assets (thumbnails, banners, posts, infographics)
Manage and organize media assets and project files efficiently
4+ years of experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Experience with basic motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent)
Solid portfolio of video content — please provide links
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma)
Ability to follow a brand style guide while adding creative flair
Good English communication skills and a self-driven attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience editing for a finance or trading-related brand
Knowledge of YouTube algorithm and video performance tactics
