Video Editor and Motion Designer

This role will work within the Creative department to deliver both short- and long-form video content for the agency’s clients, including social media content, digital advertising, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Creating engaging and visually compelling short- and long-form videos, incorporating a mix of video footage and motion graphics
• 
  Delivering finalized videos optimized for a variety of platforms and media, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), digital advertising, digital out-of-home displays, and more
• 
  Collaborating with Video Editors, Designers, and other internal teams to bring projects from concept through to completion
• 
  Ensuring videos align with creative briefs and client preferences/branding, and implementing edits as needed from Accounts and internal teams
• 
  Maintaining project timelines and staying on track to meet deadlines, with flexibility to accommodate urgent or short-notice requests and changes

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  The client is looking for a Mid- or Senior-level candidate.
• 
  Primary focus: 95% video editing and 5% motion graphics work
• 
  Experience in animating pre-designed assets provided by the design team
• 
  Strong proficiency in
  Adobe Premiere Pro (primary tool)
  ; working knowledge of
  After Effects
  and
  Photoshop
  preferred
• 
  Ability to handle a variety of project types, including:
  • 
    Short-form social media videos (e.g., 15-second clips)
  • 
    Long-form content (e.g., 5–10 minute interviews and documentaries)
  • 
    Content resizing and adaptation across multiple formats (vertical, square, etc.)
  • 
    Technical editing tasks (e.g., wig line removal and similar detailed adjustments)
• 
  Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across different media outputs and formats
• 
  Comfortable working the required schedule:
  10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Philippine night shift)
