As we continue to grow, we seek a talented Video Editor to join our team and help bring our stories to life.

The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content that communicates our brand’s values and connects emotionally with patients, providers, and the broader community. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, attention to detail, and experience creating video content for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into compelling videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create a variety of video assets, including:
  • Brand overview videos
  • Patient testimonial videos (30–60 sec + clips)
  • Provider spotlight videos
  • Short-form social content (15–30 sec for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • In-location loop content (educational and welcoming)
  • Website video content (patient-focused storytelling)
  • Recruiting videos (culture, mission, team highlights)
• Incorporate motion graphics, captions, lower thirds, and branding elements.
• Optimize videos for platform-specific formats (vertical, square, horizontal).
• Enhance emotional engagement through music, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ensure HIPAA-conscious editing (no unintended PHI exposure).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on revisions and creative direction.
• Deliver final assets in multiple formats and resolutions.

High-Priority Deliverable – Waiting Room Brand Video:

• Create a seamless looping video (60–90 sec) for continuous playback in clinics.
• Ensure the video is fully understandable without audio; use captions, headlines, and text overlays.
• Highlight patient experience, provider care, services, and welcoming environment.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring, professional, and warm tone.
• Optimize for visual clarity, readability, and comfort.
• Incorporate subtle motion graphics and transitions; avoid fast cuts or overly dynamic visuals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience editing marketing, brand, or testimonial videos.
• Strong storytelling ability (not just technical editing).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience with motion graphics and text overlays.
• Ability to create clean, modern, healthcare-appropriate visuals.
• Experience editing content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Strong attention to detail, pacing, and audio quality.
• Ability to suggest creative direction and enhance the content beyond execution.

Technical Specifications:

• Long-form videos: 1–20 min
• Mid-length videos: 30–60 sec
• Short-form clips: 15–30 sec
• Captioned versions for social media
• Platform-specific exports (IG, TikTok, YouTube, web)
