Compensation: ₱70,000 - ₱90,000 / month

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for professionally enhancing video content, incorporating engaging elements to maximize audience engagement, and managing social media scheduling to ensure optimal reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance video content provided by Loan Officers (LOs), ensuring a polished, high-quality final product.
• Add engaging elements such as captions, graphics, transitions, and effects to improve viewer engagement.
• Schedule and manage posts, including reels, to maximize exposure across social media platforms.
• Ensure all social media activity adheres to industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and align content with overall marketing strategies.
• Report directly to the team's Head of Marketing and assist with marketing initiatives as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience in video editing, with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and creativity in storytelling through video content.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations within the industry is a plus.
