- Job Title: Video Editor.

- Location: Aleppo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit a variety of video content for multiple client campaigns (ads, marketing videos, social media content, short-form videos).

• Add visual effects, motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects when needed.

• Organize and enhance raw footage prior to editing.

• Produce videos that align with each client's brand identity and communication tone.

• Understand client requirements and convert them into high-quality videos.

• Collaborate with creative planners, designers, and content creators.

• Export video versions in different sizes and formats optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital ads.

• Perform color correction, sound enhancement, and overall quality adjustments.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and content formats.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Media, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably within a media or digital agency.

• Strong proficiency in:

  Adobe Premiere - Pro Adobe After Effects - Final Cut Pro (a plus).

• Basic to intermediate skills in Motion Graphics (a strong advantage).

• Strong understanding of social media video production and platform-specific requirements.

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects.

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحرير فيديوهات متنوعة لحملات العملاء (إعلانات، فيديوهات تسويقية، محتوى سوشيال ميديا، فيديوهات قصيرة).

• تصميم وإضافة المؤثرات البصرية (Motion Graphics) والانتقالات والمؤثرات الصوتية عند الحاجة.

• تنسيق المواد الخام (Footage) وتنظيمها وتحسين جودتها قبل المونتاج.

• إنتاج فيديوهات متوافقة مع هوية وأسلوب كل علامة تجارية.

• فهم متطلبات كل عميل وتحويلها إلى فيديوهات احترافية وجذابة.

• التعاون مع فريق التخطيط الإبداعي، المصممين، وصانعي المحتوى.

• إعداد نسخ من الفيديوهات بأحجام وصيغ مختلفة بما يتناسب مع المنصات (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Ads).

• تحسين الصور والألوان والـ Sound Design للحصول على أفضل نتيجة.

• العمل على عدة مشاريع في الوقت ذاته والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

• متابعة أحدث توجهات صناعة المحتوى المرئي والمونتاج وتطبيقها في المشاريع.

 المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الإعلام، الإنتاج المرئي، السينما، أو مجال مشابه (يفضل).

• خبرة عملية من 13 سنوات في مجال المونتاج، ويفضّل ضمن شركة ميديا أو وكالة تسويق.

• إتقان برامج تحرير الفيديو مثل:

  Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe After Effects - Final Cut Pro (ميزة إضافية)

• خبرة في Motion Graphics مستوى أساسي إلى متوسط (ميزة قوية).

• فهم ممتاز لصناعة محتوى السوشيال ميديا واختلاف متطلباته لكل منصة.

• مهارة في إدارة الوقت، والقدرة على التعامل مع عدة مشاريع.

• دقة في العمل والاهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيرة.

• امتلاك Portfolio يظهر تنوع الإنتاجات.
