Job Description

The Video & Content Officer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that showcases the impact of Fulham FC Foundation's work. The role will lead on videography and content creation across the Foundation's programmes, events and campaigns.

Working closely with delivery teams and the Communications Manager, the postholder will capture and share engaging stories that increase participation, attract supporters and partners, and demonstrate community impact.

Further Information

Salary range is £27,000 - £28,500 for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • To act as an Ambassador for Fulham FC Foundation (FFCF), representing the organisation professionally in line with its values.

Videography and Content Production

  • Plan, capture and edit video content for promotional, fundraising, programme and impact campaigns.
  • Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content suitable for digital and social media platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Support regular video review and planning meetings to ensure content quality and consistency.

Storytelling and Impact Content

  • Lead the planning, filming, editing and delivery of participant case study videos.
  • Work directly with programme teams and beneficiaries to identify compelling stories.
  • Ensure all content is captured and produced in line with safeguarding, consent and brand guidelines.

Photography

  • Support on the capture of high-quality photography from Foundation programmes, events, campaigns and community activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of images for future communications and marketing use.
  • Edit and optimise photographic content for digital, print and social media channels.

Marketing Support

  • Provide ad hoc multimedia and creative support for communications and marketing campaigns. • Assist with content requirements for fundraising, events and partnership activations.

Requirements

Essential:

Experience:

  • Experience in professional videography and photography.
  • Experience producing content for social media, websites and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience editing video and photographic assets.
  • Experience interviewing and developing feature videos.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Strong storytelling and content-writing skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when engaging with programme participants.

Desirable

  • Experience within sport, education, youth work, charity or community sectors.
  • Knowledge of social media content trends and platform best practice.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and consent processes when working with children and vulnerable adults.
