In collaboration with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company, we’re seeking a German-speaking Video Content Moderator to join their growing team in Porto. 🧠 Your Role


🔎 Review user-reported video content to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines

📋 Audit, evaluate, and update content—including sensitive materials

⚖️ Make clear, policy-driven moderation decisions in line with data protection standards

📚 Stay current on client product updates and service offerings

🔍 What We’re Looking For

🗣️ Fluent/native German (C2) and strong English (C1)

💼 At least 6 months of content moderation or relevant experience preferred

🌙 Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

🧠 Resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive topics

💻 Solid computer literacy and strong communication skills
