Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Video Conferencing Specialist in Netcompany?

As part of our collaboration with Frontex, we are supporting the Digital Services Unit in delivering secure and reliable ICT services. We are looking for a Video Conferencing Specialist to support and enhance collaboration and audiovisual solutions for Frontex users, ICT teams, external stakeholders, and contractors operating within the Digital Services Unit.

As a Video Conferencing Specialist you will:

  • Manage and support Cisco Webex video conferencing solutions, devices, and AV services
  • Administer user accounts, profiles, and configuration templates through Cisco Control Hub
  • Install, configure, and maintain Cisco conference devices and related accessories
  • Provide daily technical support to end users for audio-visual and presentation services
  • Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and conferencing performance issues
  • Monitor and ensure the availability, quality, and operability of AV equipment in meeting rooms
  • Support and coordinate large-scale events requiring AV and video conferencing services
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and contribute to service improvements while collaborating with internal teams and contractors

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, AV support, or conferencing systems
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex, Webex Devices, or similar conferencing platforms
  • Good understanding of AV equipment setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
  • Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage
  • Service-oriented approach with strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills; certifications in Cisco Webex or AV/video conferencing technologies are beneficial
