A leading global technology and entertainment platform is looking to onboard Audio & Video Editors to support large-scale global marketing campaigns for a premium video streaming platform.

The team works on high-volume creative production supporting global campaign launches, promotional content, and marketing assets across multiple regions. The role is focused on delivering high-quality video content efficiently using established templates, frameworks, and creative guidelines.

The Audio & Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video assets that support global marketing campaigns. This includes editing trailers, promotional videos, and multi-title campaign assets while maintaining strict quality, brand, and technical standards.

You will work closely with producers, marketing stakeholders, and quality assurance teams to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver polished video content within tight timelines.

This role is suited for editors who enjoy working in fast-paced production environments, balancing creative execution with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit video content aligned with campaign objectives and creative direction

  • Produce trailer cutdowns, H1 videos, multi-title assets, and drop-in edits for marketing campaigns.

  • Deliver high-quality video outputs within defined timelines while meeting project requirements.

  • Collaborate with producers, marketing stakeholders, and QA teams to coordinate deliverables.

  • Manage multiple concurrent editing projects while maintaining consistent quality standards.

  • Apply and maintain video templates and style guides according to established brand standards.

  • Ensure all video and audio assets meet technical specifications and content guidelines

  • Make creative decisions that enhance visual storytelling within defined campaign frameworks.

  • Continuously improve capabilities across motion graphics, animation, and sound design

  • Participate in mock creation sessions and strategic discussions that improve creative production workflows.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency-driven production workflows

Mandatory Skills

Experience & Education
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Video Editor / AV Editor in a creative agency or production environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Editing, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field

  • Online portfolio demonstrating strong video editing work (mandatory).

Editing & Production Tools
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.

  • Working experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

  • Ability to work with structured templates and large-scale production workflows

Communication & Collaboration
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (candidates will be required to clear a Versant test).

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with producers, marketing teams, and quality assurance stakeholders

Execution & Problem Solving
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality control mindset

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills in production environments.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of motion graphics and sound design

  • Experience using Photoshop or Illustrator for supporting video assets.

  • Familiarity with digital asset libraries and media management systems

  • Understanding of marketing and advertising principles

Working Details:

  • 40 hours per week (5 days)

  • Flexible shift hours to support global time zones

  • On-site role based in Bangalore or Chennai

  • Hardware, laptops, and software will be provided
