Responsibilities

1、Responsible for the design and production of advertising materials for domestic mainstream platforms such as Bilibili, Tencent, Baidu, and Xiaohongshu, strictly controlling visual quality to align with brand tone and specifications, and striving to achieve a balance between brand building and performance.
2、Capable of independently completing the full production process of video ads: from creative topic selection and raw material collection (e.g., screen recordings, BGM, copywriting) to editing, motion graphics design, text packaging, music/voice-over, and final delivery. Fulfill video material production demands with quality and quantity through technical skills.
3、Understand the content ecosystem and advertising creative trends of various domestic platforms, be familiar with the content style differences and user preferences of channels like Bilibili, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu, continuously explore new advertising creative formats, and design targeted materials for different channels and user groups.
4、Data-Driven Optimization:​ Collaborate with the ad operations team to continuously iterate and optimize advertising materials based on the analytical feedback from ad material performance data (CTR/CPA/eCPM/ROI), improving conversion effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews of the creative content and presentation forms of high-performing materials.
5、Material Management and Review:​ Transform the content of high-quality materials into an iterable and reusable content library or SOP, assisting in the batch production of AI-generated materials. Ensure materials comply with brand standards and copyright regulations, while considering the aesthetic differences across platforms.
6、Cooperate with the ad operations team to quickly produce multiple versions and styles of materials for A/B testing, using data to validate the best creative direction.
岗位描述:
1. 负责B 站、腾讯、百度、小红书等国内主流平台的广告素材设计与制作,严格把控视觉品质,符合品牌调性和规范要求,致力做到品效合一;
2. 能独立完成视频广告的全流程制作:从创意选题、原始素材收集(如录屏、BGM、文案)、剪辑,到动效设计、文字包装、配乐口播和最终交付,通过技术能力保质保量地完成视频素材的制作需求;
3. 了解国内各平台内容生态与广告创意趋势,熟悉 B 站、抖音、小红书等渠道的内容风格差异与用户偏好,不断挖掘新的广告创意形式,针对不同渠道与用户群体设计有针对性的素材;
4. 数据驱动优化:与投放团队协作,基于广告素材投放数据(CTR/CPA/eCPM/ROI)的分析反馈,对广告素材进行持续迭代优化并提升转化效果;对优质素材的创意内容和展现形式进行定期复盘;
5. 素材精细化管理与审核:将优质素材的内容形成可迭代复用的内容库或 SOP,协助 AI 素材的批量化生产;确保素材符合品牌标准和版权规范,兼顾各平台审美差异。
6. 配合投放团队,快速产出多版本、多风格的素材,用于 A/B 测试,以数据验证最佳创意方向。
Qualifications
Requirements:​
1、Educational & Professional Background:​ Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in short video advertising or brand promotion video production. Possess excellent design aesthetics and solid foundational skills. Background in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Film & Television, Animation, 3D, or related fields is preferred.
2、Technical Skills:​ Proficient in tools like CapCut / After Effects / Premiere Pro and Photoshop / Illustrator. Familiarity with at least 3 or more AI video/image large models (e.g., Midjourney, Seedance, Kling, Veo3) or having personal experience in building AI workflows is preferred. Possess basic 3D knowledge; familiarity with Figma / DaVinci Resolve / Blender for basic modeling is a plus.
3、Creative Ability:​ Possess good layout design and element integration skills, solid keyframe animation, copy/subtitle typography, motion graphics packaging abilities, and audiovisual aesthetics. Skilled in controlling editing rhythm and visual quality. Passionate about and follow industry trends in 3D, gaming, and AI. Familiar with popular visual style trends and new advertising or AIGC creative techniques on domestic platforms.
4、Analytical & Collaborative Skills:​ Understand the meaning of ad performance metrics, have studied and considered domestic user behavior, and possess some data analysis capabilities. Possess good communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, and actively accept feedback and iterate quickly.
5、Channel Awareness:​ Understand the material specifications, platform characteristics, and user aesthetic differences of mainstream domestic ad channels like Douyin, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Tencent, and Baidu.

Bonus Points:​ Experience in TVC / brand video production, 3D modeling skills, AI product project experience.

1. 专业背景: 本科及以上学历;3年及以上短视频广告或品宣视频制作经验;拥有优秀的设计审美及扎实的专业基础,视觉、美术、影视、动画、三维相关专业者优先;
2. 技术能力: 熟练掌握剪映 / After Effects/Premiere Pro 和 Photoshop/Illustrator,熟悉至少 3 种或以上 AI 视频 / 图像大模型(如 Midjourney/Seedance/Kling/Veo3 等)或有自己的 AI 工作流搭建经验者优先;具备基础 3D 常识,熟悉 Figma / 达芬奇 / Blender 基础建模者加分;
3. 创意能力: 具备良好的版式设计和元素整合能力,扎实的关键帧动画、文案字幕排版、动效包装能力和视听语言审美,善于把控剪辑节奏感与画面品质;热爱并关注 3D、游戏和 AI 行业动态,熟悉国内各平台热门视觉风格趋势、新的广告或 AIGC 创意玩法;
4. 分析与协作: 了解投放数据相关指标的含义,对国内用户行为有研究及思考,有一定的数据分析能力;具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能积极接受反馈并快速迭代;
5. 渠道认知:了解抖音、B 站、小红书、腾讯、百度等国内主流投放渠道的素材规范、平台特性与用户审美差异。
