
Common Ground is seeking a Victim Response and Readiness Navigator to be a part of the Common Ground team.
Current Openings: Two Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
The Victim Response & Resiliency Navigator supports Common Ground’s statewide Victim Response program by providing trauma-informed navigation, advocacy, preparedness support, and response assistance before, during, and after mass violence incidents or other significant community traumatic events. This position helps individuals, families, first responders, and impacted communities access timely information, resources, referrals, and long-term recovery supports while assisting with outreach, preparedness planning, training, and program development in partnership with emergency management, law enforcement, victim service providers, behavioral health partners, and community organizations.
