Resumen
Purpose, to lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of the “Quality Culture, Strategy & Performance”.
Scope, Decisions considering the full PDSA* cycle of Quality Standards in CBI – Beer Division, upstream and downstream along the following macro-processes:
1. Value Chain, from Suppliers to Customers & Consumers.
2. Product lifecycle, from Idea to Product Competitiveness in US market.
3. Project lifecycle, from Project Brief to Production to Market.
Short Term Focus, to ensure the continuous improvement of the following Plans & Programs:
The Quality Vice President will lead the Quality Organization along the Supply Chain, having two direct reports:
Responsabilidades
1. Deliver an assurance and excellence program to prevent any Recall or Severe Quality incidents with our Liquids and Packaging as well as enhancing the Great Taste experience and Best On-Shelf Quality of our iconic Brands.
2. Ensures the performance and excellence in Quality within the CBI Breweries end-to-end, from raw materials, brewing processes, Laboratories and yeast management, up to Packaging and release of the product to export that covers an on-time base schedule and high-Quality performance aligned to our Quality Standards.
3. Delivers Quality and Risk based and surveillance program for all new liquids and brand extension partnering with our Innovation and R&D Teams, ensuring that all new protocols and procedures are implemented and standardized at our Breweries and a strict follow-up from test and industrial trials to nursing phase and complete product cycle.
4. Delivers an assurance and excellence program with our Suppliers covering end-to-end supply footprint by developing the process audit and all require inspection protocols to prevent any Recall or Severe Quality incidents with our Liquids, as well as enhancing the Great Taste experience of our iconic Brands.
5. Leads and oversees the Quality and Food Safety/Defense/Fraud systems under ISO 9001, FSSC 22,000, C-TPAT Certification Schemes; ensuring CBI’s Breweries are performing to the highest standards to protect the products, brands and corporate brand integrity, reputation and consumer experience.
6. Delivers an assurance and excellence program to be Best On-shelf/high-end packaging ensuring the highest graphic and printing consistency across a wide range of Printers and Technologies, as well as best in-market performance at Distribution and Retail of our Brands.
7. Oversee supply chain Quality across Distribution Centers, Distributors and Retail footprint
8. Oversee all aspects of the Beer Division Consumer Care and US National Field Quality program to ensure the highest levels of product Quality throughout the entire CBBD supply chain and foster continuous prevention and improvement of our process and systems end-to-end.
9. Ensures the products freshness, sensory stability and shelf-life in the distribution and market.
