Job Description

• Set strategy and campaigns to acquire new Preferred customers through initiatives i.e. referral, cross-sell leads, partnerships, and events.
• Maintain & improve qualified Preferred base with well-defined customer journey to prevent slideback or retention  
• Implement portfolio campaigns to increase Asset Under management & Net New Money especially from Wealth Products. Track, monitor and understand performance to improve conversion. 
• Analyze business performance including financial performance and customer portfolio to formulate data-driven strategies and provide recommend solutions.
• Understand market in wealth management in terms of customer trend, competitor movement, and financial business.
• Monitor performance dashboard and key KPls of preferred segment business and present to Seniors Management by monthly. 
• Leverage customer database and research to better understand target customer behavior and insights in order to enhance segment strategies in terms of acquisition, monetization, engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders i.e. Sales, Decision Management, Customer Service, Operations and Marketing to manage end-to-end process of strategic projects and ensure that all communication channels have been done smoothly.
• Collaborate and coordinate closely with CIMB Regional team to execute strategies and projects seamlessly and ensure to meet financial target
