About the Role

As VP, Senior Transformation & Strategic Program Lead, you will report to the Head of Strategic Outsourcing & Transformation and play a pivotal role in driving bank-wide transformation initiatives under the COO’s Office. This role is responsible for leading strategic outsourcing programs, optimizing operational models, and delivering measurable efficiencies across business and enablement functions.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement scalable solutions, enhance customer centricity, and embed a culture of service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Transformation & Outsourcing

• Lead the design and execution of strategic outsourcing and shared services models.
• Drive transformation programs across the bank, ensuring alignment with COO-led initiatives.
• Deliver cost and headcount efficiencies through lean methodologies and digitization.

Program Delivery & Governance

• Oversee automation projects and MIS initiatives within the COO’s Office.
• Implement robust governance frameworks for offshoring and outsourcing, including PALM governance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

Operating Model Implementation

• Define and roll out processes, decision-making frameworks, and training for outsourced units.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Shared Services Centers.
• Continuously identify digitization opportunities to improve customer experience and service levels.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Business Units, and Premises teams to integrate new systems and co-location strategies.
• Manage vendor selection and onboarding for transformation tasks.
• Liaise with the Customer Experience unit to support service excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Education:

MBA or professional degree

Certified Agile or Scrum Master preferred

Experience:

• 10+ years in banking program management
• 3–5 years in outsourcing initiatives
• Proven success in transformation strategy and execution
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (CB UAE) and outsourcing setups in Asia/subcontinent regions
