Job Description

• Introduce Trade Finance products and services to target customer
• Keep in touch with and visit the customers regular basis in order to maintain good relationships 
• Make ongoing development and improvements of sales and strategy plans to ensure access to and response to customer demand 
• Explore how to fulfill the needs of each customer or new customer in order to expand customer base 
• Analyze each customer’s needs so as to have information available for preparation of presentation and proposal in order to close the deal
• Manage and coordinate with other business units across the bank to ensure smooth operations 
• Coordinate with Product Manager or Business Management and Development about customer’s requirement 
• Analyze number of transactions, account balance and forecast revenue and prepare marketing activities
• Select and prioritize client which will be in line with Transaction Banking’s selling strategy
• Follow up with clients in order to meet with KPI as per assigned 
• Prepare Bi-weekly sales call tracking report and update sales pipeline report about sales performance according to KPIs
• Summarize sales pipeline report which need to follow up according to the timeline 
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Trade Finance Management Head
