The role will lead the Business Management Unit – Credit Analytics & Support Team in daily operations and credit-related ad-hoc projects if necessary.
What you will be doing
Lead the team to perform credit analytics and support tasks including financial spreading, searches and ratings
Proactively implement credit portfolio control, monitoring and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with Credit & Loan Operation to streamline processes in credit approval and loans disbursement
Assist to conduct credit portfolio analysis / portfolio review and participate in bank-wide credit related projects
Liaise with frontlines and internal teams to formulate and review internal workflows and guidelines on credit-related aspects
Ensure the Division is following the bank’s governing credit policies and regulatory requirement
Perform ad-hoc credit-related tasks and projects including audit reviews and system enhancement projects
What we are looking for
University degree in business related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Banking
Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word and Excel
Experience in Credit Support and Team Leading is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attentive to details and proactive
Possess ECF - Credit Risk Management (CRM) - Professional level - Role 1 & 2 is preferred
