
As a manager of Data & Analytics, you will need to liaise with Compliance Test Managers to understand compliance activities and define Analytical & automation solutions to drive efficient Compliance Testing and define new compliance Testing models using analytics.
You will lead a team of highly talented and creative team, proficient with the use of tolls and technologies like Python, UiPath, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot & SQL, who will deploy these analytical and automation solutions.
As a manager of Analytical specialists, you will need to explore data strategies across LOBs and leverage them effectively and efficiently to build analytical and automation solutions.
Apart from defining and deploying analytical solutions who will also look to support the build out of analytical solution libraries to generate efficiency and fuel a citizen developer program.
Job responsibilities:
Work with the AI / ML governance team to train, test and deploy models, to ensure controls related to the use of AI / ML models for estimation are adhered to
Drive the delivery of business insights to strengthen controls and management of risks Leverage basic data exploration techniques (Descriptive and prescriptive/predictive analytics) to support current testing routines that seek to measure compliance to the various laws, regulations, and guidelines. Design, build, and execute data quality controls that ensure completeness and accuracy on risk datasets and reports.
Define, manage and expand the ‘Toolkit’: Partner with the Technology team to identify & champion new tools and technologies to deliver stronger analytical solutions that enhance the way operational and compliance risks are managed. Current tools include Alteryx, Tableau, COGNOS, Python, ThoughtSpot & UiPath
Adherence to Firm wide Controls framework associated with the creation of Analytical solutions Understand the controls associated with the creation, deployment and re use of analytics, and ensure adherence consistently and in the most efficient manner.
