This role offers you the opportunity to become a key subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders and regional teams to deliver impactful solutions for corporate customers. You will be part of a supportive environment that values knowledge sharing, teamwork, and professional growth, focusing on transaction banking applications and driving digitisation and standardisation across APAC. The organisation is committed to nurturing talent, providing flexible working opportunities, and encouraging continuous learning through training programmes. If you are passionate about cash management, eager to make a difference in the payments landscape, and thrive in an inclusive workplace where your expertise is valued, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As Vice President Business Analyst Cash Management based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transaction banking applications for corporate customers across APAC. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to streamline requirements, designing processes that drive digitisation and standardisation, and providing expert guidance on global solutions. You will maintain comprehensive documentation as a subject matter expert while supporting testing teams through detailed scenario planning. Your ability to understand both cross-border and domestic payments landscapes will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance system functionality. By engaging with technical professionals throughout the software development lifecycle, you will help deliver robust solutions that meet business needs without unnecessary customisations. Success in this role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering teamwork within a regional environment focused on innovation and excellence.
The ideal candidate for Vice President Business Analyst Cash Management brings extensive experience implementing cash management solutions within transaction banking businesses across APAC. Your proven track record includes successful participation in regional or global system implementations at international banks from project inception through post-production support. You possess deep familiarity with payments products—both cross-border and domestic—as well as virtual accounts tailored for corporate clients. Your practical expertise enables you to advise business teams on process design while articulating clear requirements for technology partners. You excel at guiding users towards efficient utilisation of application functionalities without unnecessary customisations. Your collaborative approach ensures seamless communication between systems analysts, developers, testers, validating that delivered solutions align precisely with expectations. You are skilled at managing issues during testing phases by qualifying defects or changes accurately. Your mastery of ISO20022 payment standards and SWIFT messaging protocols underpins your ability to navigate complex international payment environments. Familiarity with Global PayPlus from FINASTRA is advantageous but not mandatory; what matters most is your strong grasp of regulatory considerations across APAC markets. Exceptional analytical skills paired with troubleshooting abilities empower you to resolve challenges efficiently. Your outstanding communication skills foster positive relationships among stakeholders while your organisational talents ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Experience working within SDLC frameworks—including Agile methodologies—further enhances your suitability for this role.

The company invests heavily in technology infrastructure enabling employees access to cutting-edge tools needed for success in today’s fast-evolving payments landscape.
