
Shape the commercial direction of a global rotary drilling business. As Vice President, Sales and Marketing, you lead the global commercial agenda, accelerate profitable growth and strengthen strategic customer partnerships across the surface mining industry.
You develop and execute commercial priorities for the Rotary Drilling Division, expanding market share and supporting its long-term business objectives. Working across functions and regions, you foster safety, sustainability, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
You’re a member of the Division Management Team and report to the Division President.
This position is based in Alachua, Florida, USA. Domestic and international travel of up to 25% is required.
You’re an accomplished commercial leader who develops businesses, builds trusted customer relationships and leads high-performing teams in a global environment. Your strategic perspective and sound business judgement enable you to balance immediate priorities with long-term growth.
