The VP Rights & Inclusion is responsible for two complementary agendas: ensuring Accor's operations integrate human rights of all - guests and Heartists alike - and making Accor's hospitality genuinely inclusive and accessible, with a focus on guests. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, this role leads a dedicated team and drives programs embedded across Accor's brands and regions contributing to the Group’s reputation, ethical performance, and sustainability.
