We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Resiliency Strategy and Execution team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Providing consulting support to internal business partners on resiliency requirements
Being a first-principles problem solver, thought partner, and effective challenger
Supporting the team by taking on projects and tasks at all levels
Identifying opportunities for process improvements through incessant curiosity and leading initiatives to streamline processes that support resiliency operations, leveraging appropriate technologies to deliver on solutions.
Delivering output of the highest quality
Contributing to or authoring policies, standards, or procedures
Developing and executing internal training through various mediums
Designing and contributing to program performance and metrics
Analyzing and interpreting data sets across multiple disciplines/
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
An understanding of operational resiliency requirements and processes, e.g. Business Continuity Plans, Business Impact Analyses, Cyber-related risk management strategies
Superior critical thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
Exceptional data evaluation skills with the ability to interpret information from various sources and offer creative, practical, actionable insights
The ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize, multi-task, and manage major projects, often in an ambiguous environment
An equal level of comfort driving analyses or receiving direction, leading or contributing as appropriate, driving conversations or supporting as necessary
To establish trusted relationships to effectively challenge and influence stakeholders
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A solid understanding of change management principles.
Attributes: Strategic thinker, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a very fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Graduate degree preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
