The Opportunity

Join the FICC Analytics Convergence Quants team and help bring convergence across historically fragmented analytics in FICC. This role focuses on building and deploying a unified quant library interface and partnering on business-facing adoption across FICC. You’ll also help unify product data, market data and static data to enable shared, consistent analytics. The work spans quant library logic and internal architecture as well as performance and telemetry. Success looks like a robust shared interface that scales across asset classes with clear adoption outcomes for front office users.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deploy a unified quant library interface across FICC
• Deliver business-facing projects that adopt the unified interface in front office workflows
• Unify product data, market data and static data to support consistent analytics
• Build and harmonise quant library logic that can be reused across FICC asset classes
• Shape internal quant library architecture to improve reuse and maintainability
• Strengthen performance and telemetry to support production stability and tuning
• Create a development environment that supports efficient build, test and release workflows
• Partner with other FICC Quants teams to align standards and deliver convergence outcomes

What we're looking for

• Front office quantitative development experience developing and integrating models within a front office environment
• Apply knowledge of standard pricing models used in the investment banking industry
• Demonstrate strong C++ development experience including modern tooling such as Visual Studio 2019 or later
• Use software engineering fundamentals across data structures, algorithms testing debugging and distributed systems
• Work effectively across Windows and Linux environments with strong source control practices such as git
• Build and maintain pipelines using build systems such as CMake ninja and MS build
• Apply quant fundamentals across products market data pricing models and risk measures
• Specify implement delegate and verify software development tasks across a delivery backlog
• Use messaging and integration patterns such as protobuf where appropriate
• Python & Java experience
